What is wholesale real estate?

Wholesale real estate is a way to buy and sell real estate contracts. Wholesalers act as intermediaries between sellers and buyers, who are usually investors. A wholesaler will usually contact owners of distressed properties and convince them to open a wholesale contract with them.

What is arbitrage in real estate?

Real estate wholesaling is a type of real estate arbitrage, which is a low-risk investment strategy that involves buying and selling properties for a profit. In wholesaling, a wholesaler finds a property that's selling at a discount, negotiates a contract to purchase it for a specific price, and then assigns the contract to a buyer for a higher price. The wholesaler keeps the difference between the two prices. 

So if you can get direct to seller you cut out the middle men? Yes, you can! How do you do that?
